Another week, another episode of THE FILM DOPES PODCAST! This time, the one and only “Ready Eddy”finally  takes over the hosting spot, joined once again by “Stuntman Jess”. Together, they review STAR TREK BEYOND, directed by Justin Lin (Fast & Furious series), starring Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Idris Elba, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, and John Cho.

Captain James Tiberius Kirk (Pine), Spock (Quinto), and the rest of the U.S.S. Enterprise crew return in this thirteenth and latest installment of the Star Trek series, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2016. They encounter a new enemy (Elba), who puts everything they, and the Federation they stand for, to the ultimate test.

THE FILM DOPES ARE AT IT AGAIN!!! As  Alex Camargo, Stuntman Jess, and Ready Eddy review Independence Day: Resurgence. Directed by  Roland Emmerich ( Independence Day) and starring Liam Hemsworth, Jeff Goldblum, and Bill Pullman.

20 years after the nations of earth united to stop an advanced alien threat, an event known as the Battle of Independence Day, the world has changed drastically. Crash sites and ruins of alien ships make up most of the scenery in some landscapes, and the governing bodies of earth have learned to harness this foreign technology in order to advance their cause. But now earth finds itself threatened once again as the same invaders look to go to war with earth.

The Film Dopes Review! – Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation

The Film Dopes are at it again as Stuntman Jess, The Renaissance Man Gabriel, Ready Eddie, and Alex Camargo review Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. This film stars Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and Alec Baldwin; directed and written by Christopher McQuarrie.

After operating unchecked for decades and their involvement in the bombing of the Kremlin, causing Ethan Hunt and his new team to go rogue to clear their organization’s name.  Ethan and his team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF.
